Treasury

The Treasury, in addition to being a source of culture points, plays a role in the endgame. It is the place where World Wonder plans are kept; and additionally, it allows you to see where all the World Wonder plans are currently located. (In older versions of the game, there were additional artifacts besides the World Wonder plans, but not any more.)

In order to win the game, an alliance must possess two World Wonder plans; two players within the alliance each must hold one. One of those players must be the owner of a World Wonder village.

Plans are initially held in Natarian villages. They can be retrieved by a hero, launched in an attack from a village with a level 10 Treasury, once the Treasury of the target village is destroyed. Thus, you can either destroy the Treasury and then send a hero afterward to retrieve the plan; or you can send a combined catapult+hero attack to destroy the Treasury and retrieve the plan simultaneously.

Once you have the World Wonder plan, other players will probably try to take it from you. It is highly recommended that you continually move the plan around within your own empire by "stealing" it from your own villages with your hero.

In Travian 3.5, the Treasurey or Treasure Chamber, is used to hold the Artifacts that are released for MidGame, as well as the WW Plans for EndGame. For small Artifacts a level 10 Treasure Chamber is required. For large Artifacts a level 20 Treasure Chamber is required. In 3.5 you can build a Treasure Chamber in any of your villages.
